Quality Assurance is much more than trying to force a "break" in the system or application by exploiting weak code. As a matter of fact, test execution is roughly only 10% of quality assurance. The other 90% is process and documentation. What process and documentation? Well, for applications and systems to be tested thoroughly, it is crucial to document what is being tested as well as the processes for "how" to verify these systems. In order to satisfy stakeholders, customers, users and keep costs under control, "repeatable" solutions must be implemented to ensure the success of these efforts.
